Early Years Practitioner – Inclusive Practice Focus
Location: Addlestone Surrey
Hours: Term Time only – Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays 0900 – 1530hrs and Thursday 12:00 – 1530 – total 23 hours per week – may be flexible
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
Start Date: January 2026 start of Spring Term (or potentially earlier)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing team, with a primary focus on delivering inclusive practice for children with additional needs.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a setting that champions inclusion. You will:

• Support children with a range of additional needs within the group setting

• Use adaptive strategies to promote participation, independence, and peer interaction

• Collaborate with families, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure tailored support

• Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels seen, valued, and included

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Experience supporting children with SEND in an inclusive setting

• Strong understanding of EYFS and inclusive pedagogy

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A nurturing, flexible, and proactive approach
